Their first new release since 2013, this limited run of Angel’s Envy was finished in Oloroso sherry barrels. The sherry barrel finish lengthens the oxidation process and adds a level of flavor that is unlike anything else the brand has released. Before the finishing process, the spirit began as 4-9-year-old bourbon and after the mingling in the sherry casks was bottled at 100 proof. 3,600 bottles are being released this month in Kentucky only.
