European and International Shipping – Duties and Taxes
All shipments to the USA and EU countries are delivered duty and tax paid.
For shipments outside the UK, USA and EU may be subject to customs and duties. Ina Collection is not responsible for paying customs duties and taxes. These charges will be borne by the customer, please refer to your country’s customs information. For fast delivery, our carriers will pay these charges for you and claim them on delivery. If you have opted for All Taxes and Duties Paid shipping, Ina Collection will pay any taxes or duties required on your behalf. Delivery in this case is faster.
Shipping Policy
We are committed to ensuring your parcels are delivered safely to the address provided. All shipments are dispatched with full tracking to allow you to monitor the progress of your package throughout the delivery process.
Delivery Process:
- Delivery Attempt: Our shipping partners will attempt to deliver the parcel directly to the address provided. If no one is available, the shipping company may either attempt redelivery, leave the parcel at a secure facility management point (e.g., reception, mailroom), or follow their standard procedures.
- No Signature Required (Default): By default, parcels will be delivered without requiring a signature. The full tracking feature allows you to follow your parcel’s journey from dispatch to delivery. Once the parcel is delivered to the address provided, our responsibility ends. If the parcel is left at your doorstep or another designated location and delivery is confirmed, we are not liable for any theft or loss. If the parcel is stolen after delivery, it will be the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier or relevant authority.
- Signature on Delivery (Optional): For added security, you may request a signature upon delivery. This ensures that your parcel will only be handed over to a recipient who signs for it. Please contact us after your purchase to arrange the additional payment for this service.
Our Commitment:
We are responsible for your parcel until it is delivered to you. While we will always do our best to assist with any delivery-related issues, we cannot be held responsible for parcels stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. In such cases, the customer will need to file a claim with the carrier or with the local authority, and we will assist by providing any necessary documentation.
